RocketCheckout is designed and built to improve checkout performance, conversion rates, and advertising attribution for eCommerce merchants. However, we do not guarantee specific results.
Actual outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

- Advertising platform policies and algorithm changes
- Product pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions
- Seasonal trends and external economic factors
Case studies and performance benchmarks shared in our marketing materials represent results from specific implementations and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and all its original content, features, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RocketCheckout and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain full ownership of your store data, customer data, and website content. By using the Service, you grant RocketCheckout a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your store data solely to provide the optimization and analytics services described herein.
This license terminates upon account cancellation. We do not claim ownership of any data you bring to the platform.

Advertising Platform Disclaimer
RocketCheckout transmits conversion signals to third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) on your instruction. We are not responsible for how those platforms receive, store, use, or act upon the data once transmitted. Each platform operates under its own terms of service and data policies, which you agree to independently when using their advertising services.
Enterprise customers may request our standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) at rocketcheckout.com/dpa.
