Account access and deleted accounts

If access fails because an account was deleted or deactivated, start by checking account status messages and recent email from RocketCheckout.

Deleted accounts

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored
  • A new account can be created after the deletion process completes
  • Previous account data should not be expected to remain available

Deactivated accounts

  • Contact support if the account appears to have been deactivated in error
  • Include the affected email address and store context in the request

Authentication drops

If authentication expires while using the dashboard, RocketCheckout should redirect to login instead of leaving a page-level red authentication error. Sign in again and return to the same store workspace.
