- Scale: adds advanced routing and signal quality operations
- Enterprise: adds multi-store scope, SLA commitments, and deeper operational support
Billing basics
- Upgrade when the rollout needs more routing scope or support depth
- Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle unless otherwise agreed
- Yearly billing is available where offered at checkout
- Contact support for account-specific billing questions
