  • Starter: checkout optimization core and baseline support
  • Pro: adds server-side purchase forwarding, destination support, and emergency coverage
  • Scale: adds advanced routing and signal quality operations
  • Enterprise: adds multi-store scope, SLA commitments, and deeper operational support

Billing basics

  • Upgrade when the rollout needs more routing scope or support depth
  • Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle unless otherwise agreed
  • Yearly billing is available where offered at checkout
  • Contact support for account-specific billing questions
